Sr Executive PTP- Payment processing

Role Overview: You will be joining NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited as a SAP professional with 6-9 years of experience in Mumbai (Airoli) location. You will be working in US shift timings (06.00 pm till -3.00 am) with excellent communication skills. Initially, the role requires work from home during night shifts as per project needs, with a possibility of shift timing changes post-transition to a Hybrid Work from Office model. Key Responsibilities: - Verify and approve all new requests/changes to the agreed business processes and policies while maintaining high levels of understanding, quality, and accuracy - Manage the reimbursement process for employees" expenses, including reviewing expense reports, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies - Respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner - Create data trackers for supporting monitoring activities - Ensure 100% accuracy rate in day-to-day activities to meet TAT/SLA - Handle daily business activities efficiently and maintain data integrity - Have a good understanding of GRIR process with end-to-end P2P knowledge - Prepare the AP open items status and understand different types of invoice processing - Good understanding of Sub-ledgers of AP and take necessary actions before closing the AP books Qualifications: - Graduate or Post Graduate Bachelor in Commerce Additional Information: - Excellent Communication Skills required.,
