Sr. Executive - Procurement

As part of the Thermal Ceramics division, you will be involved in designing, manufacturing, and installing thermal insulation products for high-temperature processing applications across various markets. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure zero stockout of raw material and packing material - Generate purchase orders with attention to taxes, rates, and terms and conditions - Develop vendors and maintain relationships with suppliers and transporters - Prepare comparative statements and analyze quotations - Utilize knowledge of ceramic materials for technical negotiations - Have a basic understanding of costing principles - Plan material procurement based on consumption and generate purchase orders to vendors - Create purchase orders for invoices received from the principles - Efficiently work under BOM & non-BOM structures to manage purchase orders - Manage and develop suppliers while devising procurement strategies to achieve cost-saving targets - Coordinate with PPC, Stores, and Production teams within the plant - Collaborate with other purchase members for the supply of materials to the plant - Monitor and control the NFG Inventory - Participate in improvement and TPM activities - Maintain ISO documentation and quality reports Qualifications: - Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, or - Diploma in Mechanical or Ceramic Engineering - Any graduate with technical and commercial knowledge - B.E with 2 to 5 years of experience or Diploma with 6 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing plant - Proficient in communication, team working, individual contribution, negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.,
