As an experienced team member at AVASO, located in Mohali, Punjab, your role will involve maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information. Your key responsibilities will include: - Keeping employee records up to date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Managing attendance tracking system and leave records efficiently. - Updating and maintaining personal information of employees. - Utilizing MS Office tools such as Outlook, Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management. - Proficiency in SAP FICO/S4 HANA for financial data processing. - Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise. - Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The qualifications and skills required for this role are: - Educational Qualification: MBA, M.com, BBA, B.com - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Experience with SAP FICO/S4 HANA is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.,
