Sr. Executive Packaging

As a Packaging Development Engineer at our company, your role involves developing stable, aesthetically valued, cost-effective, and user-friendly packaging materials in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will have the responsibility to optimize the specification and cost of existing packaging materials. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating activities at various stages of packaging development such as factory trials, travel tests, and stability studies with all stakeholders. - Establishing the machinability of packaging material through packing line trials. - Assisting in troubleshooting activities related to packaging materials and machines. - Releasing Packaging Material Specification to respective departments. - Providing technical solutions on graphic designs to deliver better aesthetics. - Offering technical support to customer complaints in the area of pack designs. - Accurately preparing and recording experimental work with a clear and concise presentation of key technical data. - Implementing safe working conditions to ensure key product safety and sustainable solutions. - Taking individual responsibility for planning and conducting an experimental work plan for new packaging development and renovation, assisting the project manager to achieve project deliverables on time and in full, to meet stakeholders" needs.
