Sr. Executive (Opex - Non-Food - Paper Napkin, Housekeeping Chemicals & Packaging Material )
- Should have experience in the procurement of non-food products such as garbage bags, disposables, housekeeping materials, chemicals, and printed packaging.
- Experience in the food/QSR industry will be an advantage.
- Monitor industry trends and developments.
- Work closely with the Business Head and regional supply chain teams.
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies and policies for the purchase of raw materials, goods, and services.
- Evaluate and strategically source potential suppliers.
- Forecast to predict future demand for goods, services, and purchase requisitions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Track key metrics and KPIs to reduce costs.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive initiatives to achieve savings from franchise raw material procurement in collaboration with category buyers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, work autonomously, and exercise excellent situational judgment.
