Job Description:
Related experience for manufacturing of smart meters.
Understanding of product life cycle and manufacturing, NPI, Quality process of smart meters
Track all the activity (end to end- from the day we got the MFG PO and till we deliver the product)
Monitor and plan the complete production schedule weekly / daily basis. ( Includes Procurement, Kitting , SMT, line setups and Production assemble planning)
Follow-up with Purchase on components for material ETA/ CTP dates.
Monitor the kitting status to ensure that no end surprises comes at the time of planned SMT.( while material going to SMT and kitting moving back to store)
Kitting : Should be closely monitor along with store and Purchaser.
PPC: Need to have close sync up with PPC for the SMT production planning.
Line Setup with the help of NPI.
Production planning and scheduling.
Ensure the OTD On time delivery.
