Senior Media Planning Executive | Digital & Creator Outreach Agency

In-Office | Bangalore & Mumbai, IndiaWe’re hiring

Media Planning executives

to power the Creator Outreach department. As a senior team member, you'll manage specific content categories, lead campaign execution, work with creators and internal teams, and guide juniors—helping bring innovative creator-led campaigns to life with structure and flair.

Key Responsibilities

Manage categories within Creator Outreach; co-lead multiple campaigns
Select and onboard suitable creators/pages for different briefs
Coordinate all communication and content deliverables
Support the Outreach Manager with insights, planning, and departmental goals
Mentor junior team members and help streamline execution
Monitor risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in media planning, influencer outreach, or digital campaigns
Strong understanding of content trends, platform dynamics, and creator engagement
Skilled in metrics, campaign tracking, and managing execution pipelines
A team player with good communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
