Looking for an Infrastructure engineer who is detail-oriented and proficient with Technologies, Operating systems, networking, Software, and Hardware. The engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and administrating Windows servers, operating systems, active directory, and VMware. Provided complete IT technical support services and assisted global IT infrastructure setup for Greenfield project Management teams to ensure efficient business processes. Daily Administration & IT/IS Support for Plant Vadodara and Warehouse. Administrating/Monitoring Windows 2012, 2008, PhysicalVMWARE Servers, Application Server, Domain Server, File Server. Work with end-users, resolving their software and hardware issues in an Efficient manner. Configuration of iPhones, Smartphones & IPad, etc. Mail ID and Windows ID creation and configuration CCTV setup and maintains To ensure strict adherence to Companies security policies like portable devices restrictions etc. Active Directory administration for all India locations, Manage Users, groups, and support. Assist, Plan & Implement the up- gradation of Hardware Software on Live Servers Inventory records and License for all IT Assets (software and Hardware) Established process improvement strategies that drove positive changes and resulted in a 100% IT incident remedy rate. BCPDR Plan for IT Infrastructure. Liaising with the external agencies to ensure timely completion of the projects Incorporating technical zero fault suggestions for efficient implementation with the Department Heads. Supervising the use of IT inventory and consumables and ordering as and when required for I T Maintenance and Server room functions Imparting IT Orientation to New Recruits. Planning Prepare yearly CAPEX budget for IT India as per requirements. And Monitoring Vendor Management (ISP/IT consumable/Hardware ) UPS.
