Job Description

You should be a candidate from the steel industry (TMT bars, structural steel, etc) with experience in Project/Institutional/Corporate Sales and possessing a robust database of builders, contractors, engineers, architects, etc. The location for this position is Varanasi, Ayodhya & Sonbhadra, requiring a minimum experience of 3-4 years in the steel industry. A graduation degree and above is the required qualification for this role. Your responsibilities will include meeting with architects, contractors, and corporate customers, visiting construction sites and projects to discuss products. Designing and executing a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence will be crucial. Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team is an essential part of the role. Achieving growth targets and sales goals will be a key performance indicator. Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them will be vital. Identifying emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape while keeping abreast of new products and competition status are also part of the responsibilities.,
