Job Description

We are looking for Sr. Executive - HR for one of the leading salon Brand

Designation: Sr. Executive - HR

Location: Mumbai

Exp: 4+ Yrs

Key responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and On boarding:

    Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs with salon managers to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Manage new hire paperwork and conduct induction to ensure a smooth integration into the salon.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement:

    Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly. Develop and implement strategies to boost morale, such as organizing training, workshops, and employee events to foster a positive and productive culture.

  • Performance and Development:

    Support and manage the performance appraisal system, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews. Identify training needs and suggest development programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processing. Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement and handle any related deductions or incentives.

  • Compliance and Administration:

    Ensure the salon stays compliant with all labor laws and company HR policies. Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and contracts, and ensure accuracy in the HRMS or manual systems. Handle statutory requirements like PF, ESI, and gratuity.

  • HR Strategy and Reporting:

    Assist senior management in implementing HR strategies and programs that align with overall business goals. Analyses HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Essential skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Talent management and development expertise
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis
  • Bachelor's or a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field is often required.
