Sr. Executive-HR (Generalist)

at one of our locations in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

• Payroll

• Employee Engagement Activities

• Travel & Event Management

• Support in Performance Management activities.

• Performing local communicator activities

• Co-ordination with outsources Agencies.

• HR MIS

• Audits

• 
  Qualification: - MBA (HR)

• 6-8 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industry

• Having knowledge IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ESG etc…

• Having knowledge of payroll activities

• Having Knowledge of SAP HR

• Employee Engagement Activity
