Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall daily service operations and developing local business channels. Will be responsible to manage customer complaints, staff hiring and development and vendor/franchise for the territory/geography to achieve projected revenue. Roles and Responsibilities Ensure timely completion of tasks related to loan processing, documentation, and disbursement. Plan and execute BTL activities such as brand activations, promotions, and events to drive business growth. Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention through effective cross-functional coordination. Oversee stakeholder management with branch teams, sales executives, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination. Manage daily operations of the cluster, ensuring efficient collection of home samples from various locations across region.
