Sr. Executive Field Sales

As a Mechanical Seal & Industrial segments ASC Development Engineer, your role involves developing ASCs for Mechanical Seal & Industrial segments and achieving yearly Standard Industrial Pumps Spares and Mechanical Seal targets for the assigned area. You will provide guidelines to ASCs Service Engineers for Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, offer product feedback to the plant team, and actively participate in product improvement activities. Additionally, you will conduct product service training for customers/dealers. Key Responsibilities: - Appoint new ASCs as per the decided target - Conduct periodic audits of ASCs and devise action plans for ASC development - Monitor spare stock levels at ASCs to ensure prompt and reliable service to end-users - Ensure the quality of out-of-warranty service provided by ASCs - Conduct product training as necessary Qualifications Required: - Strong background in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in ASC development and achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions for spare stocking strategies - Willingness to travel for business purposes and work beyond normal hours when necessary In this role, you will have work contacts with superiors, subordinates from BOs and ZOs, and Departments of Product Management & Support, QA, Production, Marketing services, as well as outside contacts with end-users, sub-vendors, etc. You will also have the independence to decide suitable ASC spare stocking strategies according to product requirements and implement the same. This position may require physical effort as most of the time you will work outside the desk, potentially working beyond normal hours to meet commitments, and regular movement outside the office during business travel.,
