· Prepare and manage export/import documentation including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
· Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and applicable tariff schedules.
· Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
· Verify and maintain accurate classification of goods using Harmonized System (HS) codes.
· Handle Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and other trade finance instruments.
· Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
· Address and resolve customs delays, documentation discrepancies, or regulatory compliance issues.
· Maintain comprehensive and audit-ready records of all EXIM transactions.
