Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer suitable property options.
Present and promote company projects effectively through presentations and site visits.
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, MIS, and financial data.
Ensure availability of updated project information, inventory, and sales collateral.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and conferences on behalf of the company.
Negotiate and close sales deals while addressing queries, concerns, and objections.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and enhanced customer experience.
Capture customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the department head.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused approach.
Experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/High-Rise/Luxury/HNI Sales) preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
