Sr. Executive Engineer

Qualification: ITI, Diploma in Electrical and B.E.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Upkeep and Maintenance of sound and projection, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Masonry work, Interior and food and beverage equipment’s

· Quality and standard procurement of the equipment’s

· Need to handled engineering inventory Management

· Providing technical support & training to other staff if needed

· Ensure the safety and security of maintenance for the entire cinema

· Prepare the MIS online reports, Purchase order and GRN billings of the cinema

· Responsible of energy saving and energy management

· Responding to any technical issue of the cinema within the TAT

· Ensure that the Building of property is in right shape in regards to civil and mechanical department

· Follow and build a culture in his team where adequate instructions are followed

· Train the staff including GRA’s, DO/DM about the various equipment’s used in the different areas of property

· Responsible for yearly budgeting of the equipment’s

· Managing & Supporting internal & external Audits(govt. inspection)and follow the company SOP's

· Follow certain steps to save and reduce the energy consumption

· Reporting of Incidents & Providing resolution as per the TAT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
