Pahlajanis Women’s Hospital, Raipur We required TPA Executive for Pahlajanis Women's Hospital, Raipur TPA Executive – 1 Nos. Job Description Process and manage healthcare insurance claims accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate claims approval. Review and validate claim documents for compliance with policy terms. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to claims processing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and insurance regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address their queries effectively. Generate and analyze reports related to claims processing and status. Collaborate with internal departments to improve claims management processes. Increase TPA Empanelment of the organization. Corporate tie ups for empanelment's. Prime Focus in Revenue generation through TPA's. Requirement Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Insurance, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in TPA or healthcare insurance sector. Strong understanding of healthcare policies, insurance regulations, and claims processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
