Sr Executive Category Marketing

As a candidate for this position, you will need to have 1-2 years of experience, preferably from an ex FMCG Brand. Your role will involve analyzing data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends. You will work closely with the meta marketing team to measure content and ad performance metrics. It is essential to build a deep understanding of the product/category and key customer demographic for Planning (AOP) and execution according to the plan. Your responsibilities will also include process development, operational planning to support forecasting and new launches, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. You will be evaluating supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models and benchmarking analysis. Forecasting product demand to ensure inventory sustainability and forecasting product mix to meet planned profitability matrix will be part of your tasks. Developing, implementing, and managing robust market analysis/benchmarking processes to inform and support the category strategy development process will also be crucial. Continuous improvement for the business while delivering top-notch product quality and a high level of customer experience is expected. The qualifications required for this role include a minimum of Graduation, with PG/MBA preferred.
