Qualification

Good communication skill, Versed with Computer system (Word/Excel/PPT)

FOSCOS trained, FSMS knowledge, Auditing skill.

Core responsibilities:

Specification sheets for all the products as in generic/ customer format,
Nutritional Value calculations for all the new products
Third party lab testing coordination.
Processing invoiceswrt audit and testing requirements for HO quality
Updating plant team on any new regulation from FSSAI/ CODEX/client.
New and existing Vendor audit and compliance in coordination with SCM team for existing vendor and for the New RM`s.
Regulatory compliance of new RM & existing RMs and updating the same to the plant Team.
Updating budget sheet for HOquality,
FSSAIreturns, FOSCOS portal handling, License updating work for unit 1 and unit 2
Regulatory compliances wrtingredient, labels etc
Providing training and awareness on critical points to the team (QualityCross functional) on legal metrology and FSSAI related issues, Contribution in the regulatory cell of CII
CRM handling and coordination with plant team for RCA/CAPA and timely resolution
Knowledge on client online portals for spec sheets: Yum,Subway,Mc Donald,RBI)
EPR and RSPO related work knowledge.
Co-ordinating with the sales team on customer NPD products and compliance and meeting along with them and customers to understand customer compliance requirements .
