Job Description

We at Yusen Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd. are hiring for Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager role for Gurgaon location.

Role & responsibilities

Manage nominations received from clients, OEMs, or government organizations related to logistics tenders.
Coordinate with sales, operations, pricing, and documentation teams to ensure timely submission of bids and nominations.
Review tender documents, nomination letters, and terms & conditions to ensure compliance.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on nominations, tenders, and bid statuses.
Liaise with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and overseas agents for rate finalization and nomination confirmations.
Maintain an updated database of existing and upcoming tenders / nominations in the logistics sector (domestic & international).
Support in proposal preparation, technical documentation, and bid submission as per tender requirements.
Follow up with clients / government departments for clarifications, corrigenda, or updates in the nomination process.
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of all nomination and tender-related documents.
Coordinate with the finance team for EMD/BG submission and tender fee payments when applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 3-10 years of work experience.
Any graduate with good communication skills
Strong understanding of tendering and nomination processes in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Knowledge of GEM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret tender clauses.
