Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage overall Warehouse & Store operations. Maintain detailed records of stock movements and update Excel and ERP systems on a daily basis. Supervise the receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods. Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out) inventory methods. Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and systematic material arrangement. Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Responsible for supervising the warehouse team including Supervisor, Data Entry Operators, and Helpers. Monitor team performance and ensure smooth workflow and discipline. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for uninterrupted operations. Manage and support ERP operations daily entries, issue resolution, and maintenance. Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, inward/outward movement, order fulfillment, and outsourcing materials. Ensure 5S, 6S, and 7S workplace practices are strictly followed for organization, cleanliness, and safety. Report all warehouse activities, issues, and daily performance updates to the management regularly. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment within the warehouse. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods as per customer schedules. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 TO 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Store Management (preferably in Manufacturing or Paper Packaging Industry). Strong knowledge of Inventory Control, Excel, ERP Systems, and FIFO/LIFO methods. Familiar with 5S, 6S, and 7S workplace management systems. Excellent supervisory, reporting, and communication skills. English speaking and writing must be fluent. Ability to manage manpower and documentation effectively. Experience in material handling, dispatch operations, and safety compliance preferred.
