Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Engineer with experience
in B2B marketing and sales of instrumentation products. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in industrial automation/instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote instrumentation products and
solutions.
 Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to
identify new opportunities.
 Actively generate new business leads through offer follow-ups, client visits, and
presentations.
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and industry
stakeholders.
 Prepare and deliver technical proposals and product demonstrations tailored to
customer requirements.
 Work collaboratively with the internal technical and service teams to ensure successful
project execution.
 Track, report, and analyze sales performance against targets and prepare periodic
forecasts.
 Ensure regular engagement with existing clients and develop strategies to increase wallet
share.

Key Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
 Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing and technical sales in the
instrumentation industry.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
environment.
 Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting systems.
 Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
