1. Raw Material accountability of Actual Vs book stock, to prepare GAP analysis monthly for major GAP parts & make action plan to reduce next month GAP, Storage condition of material as per standard.
2. Responsible for minimum stock level of local material, make norms of inventory & follow.
3. Material issuance as per production plan only through SAP, Ensure material availability before production on line.
4. Trace the old inventory through raw material ageing analysis report & circulate the concern departments to control the over age inventory by meeting & liquidation plan of over age inventory
5. To ensure receipt of all kinds of direct materials for the Air Conditioner production as per the laid down procedure & returning of rejected materials to the respective suppliers within a week time.
6. Responsible for Stores related SAP & WMS day to day activity (GRN, Issuance, Rejection dispatches, Spare dispatches to other vendor, Other department material issuance, SAP Qty. reconciliation, COGI Errors)
7. Daily co-ordination with sales team
8. Generate FG Demand with co-ordination with sales team as per monthly plan
9. FG Management & arrangement
10. FIFO/ Dispatch Kanban/ JIT/Visual mgmt.
11. implementation/Invoicing & record
12. BSR Improvements & min stock level maintenance
13. Allocate vehicles as per demand & management
14. Contract preparation & settlement
15. Training & new idea
16. Vehicle & logistics contract management & supplies
