Job Description

Position:

Sr. Engineer Vehicle Integration

Location:

Olectra Greentech Ltd. Hyderabad

Department:

Research & Development (R&D)

Role Purpose:

To support the integration of vehicle systems for electric buses and commercial EVs, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate integration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in EV platforms.
Perform DMU (Digital Mock-Up) analysis for packaging, layout feasibility, and interference checks.
Oversee prototype assembly, system validation, and functional testing.
Work closely with design, manufacturing, and testing teams for issue resolution.
Support homologation, regulatory approvals, and customer-specific requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in vehicle performance, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
58 years of experience in vehicle integration, preferably in EV or commercial vehicle industry.

Knowledge of Creo or Pro-E is must vehicle systems (chassis, powertrain, electrical), DMU tools, and validation processes
