JOB PURPOSE Visiting On-site customers, understanding & execution/troubleshooting of automation application. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute/troublesooting automation application for on-site & off-site customers. OEM/EU solution development. Active engagement in service revenue business. Timely submission of customers’ reports and site status. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Competency assessment Individual productivity Documentation/Reports Submission Customer Relationship Management TECHNICAL SKILLS Sound Computer Skills – MS Office, Internet, Email etc. PLC HMI/SCADA VFDs Soft Starter Motion Application Network Applications. Control Panel. CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE Graduation preferred in B.Tech/Diploma in ECE/IC/EEE Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience (experience on Motion product, Data Reporting Tools will be an advantage) ROLE LOCATION The role is based in Gurgaon We are interested in knowing you more.
