Job Description

Requirements:

Good Communication Knowledge.
Good Networking Knowledge.
CCNA (Voice or Data) Any networking course / certification completed.
Familiarity with Vmware / hyper-v
And linux, unix, windows OS
Good knowledge of VOIP technologies and voice domain working.
Proficiency in Avaya Aura Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting.
Good L2 Knowledge of CM, SMGR, SM, SBC, CMS, Recording.
Good Knowledge of Contact centre setup handling, reporting and Contact centre functions.
Good knowledge of SIP, H.323, ISDN and VOIP and worked on the same.
Cisco Voice knowledge is add on.
Troubleshooting L2 level issues,
Knowledge of Cloud Technology
Good communication skill should be able to handle issues with good attitude and availability whenever required.
