Role Overview:

Sr. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and government stakeholders.
• Configure, calibrate, and operate detection equipment during field trials and evaluations.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure successful deployment.
• Assist sales teams with technical inputs for tenders, proposals, and presentations.
• Train end-users and customer teams on system usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Act as a technical liaison with OEMs for integration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare demo reports, case studies, and feedback documents.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or product demonstration roles.

• Exposure to Training simulator/ detection/safety/security equipment is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel across India for customer interactions and demos.
