Role Overview: As a Sr. Engineer , you will be the technical bridge between our solutions and our customers. Your role will focus on conducting product demonstrations, supporting trials, and enabling successful deployment of detection & safety systems across India. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and government stakeholders. Configure, calibrate, and operate detection equipment during field trials and evaluations. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure successful deployment. Assist sales teams with technical inputs for tenders, proposals, and presentations. Train end-users and customer teams on system usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Act as a technical liaison with OEMs for integration, updates, and troubleshooting. Prepare demo reports, case studies, and feedback documents. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related field. 2–6 years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or product demonstration roles. Exposure to Training simulator/ detection/safety/security equipment is preferred. Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
