Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Skills:

3D & 2D CAD (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks)
Mechanical & Product Design
BOM preparation and documentation
Functional simulations (FEA)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical materials

Job Responsibilities:

Lead design & development of components/products as per the R&D roadmap.
Standardize design and parts across projects in coordination with production, quality, and procurement teams.
Model, detail, and prepare drawings of components using 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor).
Perform functional, kinematic, and structural simulations (FEA) for design verification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely project completion.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for design, validation, and production activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and production teams for procurement, testing, and validation.
Ensure designs comply with material behavior, mechanical standards, and manufacturing tolerances.
Identify opportunities for process and product improvement, providing innovative solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and support team in achieving project KPIs.
