Sr. Engineer

As a Tender Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements related to telecom towers, transmission towers, structures, and cable trays. Your role will involve preparing detailed cost estimates by evaluating materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor needs for each project. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with vendors to ensure accurate pricing, negotiate terms, and secure cost-effective solutions for tenders. Your duties will also include reviewing engineering designs to ensure alignment with client specifications and company standards, as well as developing and submitting comprehensive tender proposals encompassing technical and commercial aspects in compliance with client requirements. You will be expected to assess potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies for successful project execution, and maintain meticulous documentation of tender submissions, pricing strategies, and project specifications. Furthermore, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, project management, and procurement teams to facilitate accurate project estimations. Your role will involve participating in client meetings and tender negotiations to clarify technical and commercial terms as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical specializations. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a tendering or cost estimation capacity, particularly in the infrastructure or manufacturing sector, is required. Strong technical knowledge of telecom towers, transmission towers, cable trays, and PEB structures is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and estimation skills, proficiency in project management software and MS Office, as well as strong negotiation and communication abilities.,
