Job Description

Knowledge of complete Life Cycle of Process and Control Systems
Equipped with knowledge on the Smart manufacturing & Industry 4.0 automation requirements
Specify, design, installation, Commissioning, validation and maintenance of Process Equipment s machines and Control Systems for large Pharmaceutical (Injectable Formulation) industry.
Understanding & designing capabilities for Critical Machines like Washer / Tunnel/ Filler / Capper and Sterilizers.
Understanding & Designing Manufacturing system like tanks, CIP & SIPs system etc.
Project management and Project Engineering
Exposure to cGMP and validation requirements like VMP, DQ, IQ, OQ , PQ, etc
Change Management in Regulatory environment.
Hazop study
Risk analysis and management
Knowledge of typical pharma processes
Analytical skills for complex problem solving
Technical evaluation of vendors as well as quotations.
Cost and spend control
Conduct cost and time estimation
Monitor project workflow and support internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects, expected quality, and allotted budget
Software design of customized solutions including manufacturing automation and safety systems
Support process controls related activities of site capital projects.
Interpret user requirements, identify and address design parameters and engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and within budget
Ability to architect programs that are simple to test, well documented and versatile
