Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Attend to customer complaints whenever required.
2. Maintain and update the CC log and register for reported customer complaints.
3. Actively participate in customer complaint root cause analysis with the CFT (Cross-Functional Team).
4.Identify the root cause for defective parts.
5.Initiate an action plan with the CFT (Cross-Functional Team).
6.Implement and verify the action plan.
7.Update documents related to complaints with the CFT, such as PFMEA, IPO Control Plan.
8. Submit the complaint action plan to the customer.
Major Challenges:
1.Require plant support for the timely resolution of customer complaints process related issue.
2.Support for Part data history.
3.Handling multiple customers.
