1.Identify and record non-conformances in the production line.
2.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for identified issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
3.Prepare and maintain customer-specific test reports as per quality standards.
4.Generate and manage MIS (Management Information System) reports for internal review.
5.Compile daily and monthly performance reports for management and customer communication.
6.Ensure strict adherence to operator training protocols and skill development programs.
7.Promote and maintain a safe workplace environment with a target of Zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI).
