Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Sr. Engineer BOM Purchase - Plant in Varroc Engineering Limited, located in the Auto Ancillary/Automobiles/Component industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize costs and improve quality.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Collaborate with production teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Experience working in a similar role within the Auto Ancillary/Automobiles/Component industry is preferred.
