Position : Senior Electrical Engineer ( Production) Location : Pazhayanur, Thrissur Experience : 10+ years (minimum 5 years in production and team handling) Industry : Electrical Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage electrical engineering projects in a production environment. Oversee and mentor a team of engineers and technicians. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in production systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes. Prepare and review technical documentation and reports. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering. At least 5 years of experience in a production environment with team leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and automation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
