Sr. Electrical Engineer

You will be responsible for leading and managing electrical engineering projects within a production setting. Your role will involve overseeing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes, as well as preparing and reviewing technical documentation and reports. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a production environment with prior team leadership responsibilities. A strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and automation is required, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
