Role Overview: As a Sales and Center Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales and delivery targets while effectively managing day-to-day activities at the center. You will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent performance and profitability. Your duties will include counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, offering guidance on courses and products, and contacting applicants who have shown interest through various channels. It will also be essential for you to oversee the timely delivery of services, streamline operations, and uphold a high standard of customer experience. Collaborating with faculty members to facilitate smooth class operations will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales and delivery targets effectively - Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries, providing guidance on courses and products - Make calls to applicants who inquire through various sources - Ensure timely delivery of services and streamline operations - Promote a consistent customer experience - Coordinate with faculty members to ensure smooth class functioning Qualifications Required: - Proven accomplishments in counseling and sales within the education sector preferred - Freshers from Tier 1 Colleges are encouraged to apply - Innovative, goal-oriented, and possess strong analytical abilities - Excellent communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask effectively Note: The work schedule for this position is 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.,
