Sr. Dsa Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students. This role is ideal for professionals with advanced programming expertise and a strong understanding of DSA concepts, who are eager to share their knowledge and inspire the next generation of developers.

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad. Shift Timings: 9.30 am to 6.00 pm Work Mode: Work From Office / On-Site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging training sessions on DSA, Advanced Programming Concepts, & Competitive Programming.

2. Develop and refine advanced-level course materials, assignments, and hands-on projects to meet industry standards.

3. Mentor students in solving coding problems, optimizing algorithms, and preparing for technical interviews.

4. Collaborate with other trainers and team to improve training methodologies and content.

5. Evaluate student performance through coding tests, projects, and real-world coding challenges.

6. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the training programs.

7. Provide constructive feedback to learners and guide them in their career development.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, technical training, or competitive programming.

● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

● Ability to inspire and motivate students.

● Technical Expertise: ○ Proficiency in C++, Java, and Python. ○ Strong command over arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, hash maps, and other core data structures. ○ Expertise in sorting, searching, dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, and optimization techniques. ○ Familiarity with competitive programming paradigms, including bit manipulation, game theory, and advanced graph algorithms.
