Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sr. Draftsman located in South Delhi. The Sr. Draftsman will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, plans, and as-built documentation based on survey results and project requirements. Daily tasks may include report making and other activities in addition to survey drawings and reports as per brief. The executive will be responsible to collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications, and maintaining up-to-date records of all drawings and revisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT amongst other 2D & 3D design software.
• Experience with drafting and preparing technical drawings and execution of survey / measurements at site.
• Knowledge of construction and infrastructure standards and specifications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surveyors, engineers, and architects
• Open to other tasks as and where required within the team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
