Job Title: Senior .NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications. You will be responsible for leading technical projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, including web, desktop, and server-side components.
• Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, including experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Proficient in SQL and experience with database design and development (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
• Certifications in .NET development or related technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
