Job Overview We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer with UI Architecture expertise to design and develop scalable, user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over React.js , Next.js , Tailwind CSS , and state management libraries such as Redux and MobX , with a proven ability to architect complex user interfaces. This role combines hands-on development with architectural planning to ensure seamless user experiences across all applications. Candidate must have at least 3 Years of working Experience. Key Responsibilities Architect and design intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing user interfaces. Build robust web applications using React.js and Next.js . Develop responsive, reusable, and modular components using Tailwind CSS . Define and enforce best practices for UI/UX architecture, ensuring maintainable and scalable codebases. Implement state management solutions with Redux and MobX for efficient data flow. Lead UI/UX design discussions and ensure alignment with business requirements. Optimize front-end performance to achieve seamless interactions and fast load times. Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other team members to ensure end-to-end feature delivery. Stay updated on the latest trends in front-end development and UI/UX design. Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in UI development.
