Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and conducting SEO audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive website traffic. - Performing comprehensive SEO audits and offering actionable recommendations to enhance site performance. - Managing and updating WordPress websites to ensure a strong UX/UI and technical SEO compatibility. - Developing, running, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping). - Analyzing performance metrics and generating regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness. - Staying updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. - Collaborating with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align efforts with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing. - Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc. - Hands-on experience with WordPress content management and optimization. - Google Ads certification is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. - Sound understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Capability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with email marketing, social media advertising, or conversion rate optimization. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor site edits is advantageous. - Knowledge of other CMS platforms and marketing automation tools. This is a full-time, permanent role with a fixed morning shift schedule. Additionally, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are provided.
