RS Business Group is a fast-growing Indian enterprise with verticals in legal recovery, student housing, security services, media, digital platforms, and startup consultancy. We are building tech-enabled platforms such as Channel009.news, AcolyteLiving.com, BankMitra, FORCE009, and others. With growing digital operations, we are expanding our in-house marketing team.

Open Positions in Digital Marketing:

We are hiring across multiple digital marketing functions. Apply if you are experienced or trained in any of the following domains:

1. Social Media Executive

• Plan and manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter pages
• Content calendar creation and scheduling
• Community engagement and page growth
• Influencer outreach (optional)

2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads Executive)

• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Budget planning, A/B testing, and ROI monitoring
• Lead generation & remarketing strategy

3. SEO Executive

• On-page & Off-page SEO
• Keyword research, backlinks, blog optimization
• Google Search Console and Analytics management

4. Content Writer / Copywriter

• Write engaging posts, ads, web copy, product descriptions
• Write for multiple platforms: websites, blogs, social media, email
• Basic understanding of SEO writing is a plus

5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

• Create and manage bulk email and WhatsApp campaigns
• Build and segment customer lists
• Monitor open/click rates and optimize messaging

6. Video Editing / Reels Creator

• Edit reels, YouTube shorts, promotional videos
• Add subtitles, music, and brand styling
• Coordinate with media/content teams

7. Website / E-commerce Manager

• WordPress, Shopify, or basic CMS handling
• Website updates, landing page creation
• Product/service content uploads

Who Should Apply:

• Graduate (any stream) or certified in Digital Marketing
• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in any above role
• Must know basic tools: Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
• Should be creative, disciplined, and willing to work on tight deadlines
• Must be based in Jaipur or ready to relocate
