Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ataccama Data Governance and Data Quality. This role involves developing and implementing data solutions to enhance data quality and governance. The position is hybrid with no travel required and the candidate will work during the day shift.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data solutions using Ataccama to enhance data quality and governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance policies are effectively integrated into business processes.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that can improve data quality.

Provide technical expertise in Data Governance Functional and Data Quality Functional areas to support business objectives.

Design and maintain data quality frameworks and standards to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Oversee the implementation of Collibra Data Quality Work Model to streamline data management processes.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards.

Develop and deliver training sessions to educate stakeholders on data governance and quality best practices.

Monitor and report on data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data governance tools and technologies into existing systems.

Lead initiatives to automate data quality checks and validations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Provide guidance and support to junior developers in implementing data governance and quality solutions.

Ensure that all data governance and quality initiatives align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Ataccama and experience in implementing data governance solutions.

Demonstrate expertise in Data Governance Functional and Data Quality Functional areas.

Have a solid understanding of data quality basics and best practices.

Experience with Collibra Data Quality Work Model is highly desirable.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
