Your role as a Sr. Executive - Design in the Operations department will involve providing design & development support. You will be responsible for creating new artwork designs for products and packaging, updating packaging artworks as per customer requests, and preparing technical drawings of products and machines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Regular creation and updating of product drawings based on customer needs - Updating product catalogues and brochures according to feedback from Sales & Marketing - Maintaining tracking sheets and history of all design files - Collaborating with marketing, production, QA & QC teams to ensure development meets customer needs - Developing and implementing innovative packaging designs to enhance product appeal, functionality, and brand image - Managing packaging (Corrugated & Flexible), catalogues, and brochures development within timelines - Maintaining detailed documentation of packaging specifications, project progress, and performance data - Utilizing knowledge of color shades like Pantone CMYK, RGB, etc. for design purposes Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in designing or Packaging Science or a related field - Experience in packaging development would be advantageous - Knowledge of packaging materials and printing processes - Proficiency in design software such as Corel Draw, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Solid Works, etc. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Presentation software - Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders Additionally, knowledge of corrugated and flexible packaging would be beneficial for this position.
