Sr. Design Executive (Medico)

Role Overview: As a Sr. Executive - Design in the Operations department, your primary responsibility will be to provide design and development support by creating new artwork designs for products and packaging. You will also be tasked with updating packaging artworks, preparing technical drawings of products and machines, and maintaining product catalogues and brochures as per customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Create new artwork designs for product and product packaging - Design and update packaging artworks based on customer requests - Prepare technical drawings of products and machines - Update product drawings and catalogues as per customer needs - Maintain history of all design files and tracking sheets - Collaborate with marketing, production, QA & QC teams to ensure development meets customer needs - Develop innovative packaging designs to enhance product appeal and brand image - Manage packaging, catalogues, and brochures development within timelines - Maintain detailed documentation of packaging specifications and project progress - Utilize knowledge of color shades like Pantone CMYK, RGB etc. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in designing or Packaging Science or related field - Experience in packaging development is an added advantage - Knowledge of packaging materials and printing processes - Proficiency in design software like Corel Draw, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Solid Works - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Presentation - Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders Additional Details: Knowledge of corrugated and flexible packaging is beneficial for this role.
