Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using supervised, unsupervised, and time-series techniques.
• Build and fine-tune

  Generative AI models

  including RAG, CRAG, SLMs, and LLMs.
• Leverage

  Prompt Engineering

  and

  Tool Calling

  to optimize AI workflows.
• Deploy ML models on cloud platforms as well as on-premises and edge devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance using latest research and methods.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
• Proven experience with

  GenAI technologies

  (RAG, CRAG, LLM fine-tuning, SLMs, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling).
• Strong expertise in

  ML modelling techniques

  : supervised, unsupervised learning, and time-series forecasting.
• Experience deploying ML models to

  cloud environments

  (AWS, Azure, GCP) and

  on-prem / edge systems

  .
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of

  image processing

  techniques using OpenCV and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow).
• Experience handling

  on-site client projects

  or working directly with clients.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
