Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Data Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Python and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure for high-scale analytics and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Python and GCP services.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion processes from diverse sources (structured/unstructured).
• Implement data transformation, aggregation, and storage solutions using GCP tools like BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, etc.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to define data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance across platforms.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Work in agile teams and contribute to architectural and design discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming skills in Python – must have hands-on experience.
• Extensive experience with GCP services, especially:
• BigQuery
• Dataflow
• Cloud Storage
• Pub/Sub
• Cloud Functions
• Composer / Airflow
• Experience in designing and building large-scale data processing systems.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCP Certification (e.g., Professional Data Engineer).
• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security practices.
• Exposure to ML pipelines or experience working with data science teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹470,966.29 - ₹1,815,691.54 per year
