Sr. Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to support business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization, along with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and clean data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Perform data analysis and statistical evaluations to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Write clean and efficient code to manipulate large datasets (using Python, R, SQL, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Document data analysis processes and communicate findings with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Data Engineering teams to support data pipeline development and optimization.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Understanding of data engineering basics and working with structured/unstructured data
• Ability to interpret data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced programming concepts and scripting
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Apache NiFi, Talend, or Informatica
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and predictive analytics
• Exposure to advanced statistical modeling techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data handling

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
