Sr. Data Analyst

You will be part of our team as a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst. Your main responsibilities will include interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to support business decisions. To excel in this role, you should have a solid foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization, combined with a genuine passion for converting data into actionable insights. Your key responsibilities will involve collecting, processing, and cleaning data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity. You will conduct data analysis and statistical evaluations to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Additionally, you will create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar software. Writing clean and efficient code to handle large datasets using Python, R, SQL, etc., will also be a crucial part of your role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and documenting data analysis processes to communicate findings with stakeholders will also be part of your routine tasks. Furthermore, you will work closely with Data Engineering teams to support data pipeline development and optimization. Your must-have skills for this position include a strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, understanding of data engineering basics, and the ability to work with structured/unstructured data. You should also possess the ability to interpret data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Good-to-have skills for this role include experience with advanced programming concepts and scripting, familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Apache NiFi, Talend, or Informatica, knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and predictive analytics, exposure to advanced statistical modeling techniques, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data handling. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
